“We stayed at this property and tried to communicate with the property management several times with no response. The room was in poor condition. The door appeared to be kicked in tiles were missing. There was broken glass in the room when we checked in. Was definitely not worth the money that we paid as it was equivalent to a Holiday Inn in America.”

“Security gaurds were bothering people at pool area constantly telling them no water coolers were allowed even if people were not drinking anything. Multiple people, multiple times you would walk up to pool from the beach and would force you to go drop off cooler to the rooms”

“When arriving even though I arrived late in coming to the front office the next morning to check in unfortunately didn’t really get a warm welcome and we did not get any instructions on how the amenities work for the property; that we had amenities at another hotel; how does that work hours of operation anything like that. When working with the concierge even though they were super nice in person unfortunately dropped the ball on a few things. I specifically asked for certain groceries didn’t……
