“Hotel was in very good condition and front desk very friendly with adequate English spoken. Breakfast buffet was expansive with many many Chinese and Western options Was a pleasant surprise since no other reviews were available beforehand so one sometimes wonders. ”

“Tens of local guests all smoking in the public areas of the hotel - including at breakfast! Air con noisy. Power and heating went off in room so freezing cold all night and no lights.”

“My second time of staying at this hotel. It's not the best location in Tongxiang, but convienent for me. The staff are very friendly and helpful, although their English is limited we manage. The rooms themselves while being comfortable, the decoration is looking tired and needs redoing. Breakfast has a good selection. There are 2 restaurants both of which offer good food and there is a bar.”
