“Stayed for 2 nights. Excellent room. 2 bedrooms with a kitchen. Room facilities and kitchen ware were awesome. The settings in the rooms, kitchen and bathrooms made the whole thing cosy. A garage for car parking. Very close to Big Bear Village and the lake, walking distance. Close to nearby supermarket that allowed me to make breakfast and dinner. Highly recommend!”

“The house was very charming and spacious. They were great hosts as that stocked the bathroom essentials. We forgot to bring shampoo but were able to shower due to the bathrooms being stocked. The bed that we slept on was uncomfortable and gave me back problems, but I think that my back is used to my bed.”

“Hunter's Retreat is such a comfortable, clean, and lovely home to get away to. Everything that we needed was provided for us and my family had a great time walking down memory lane watching a few of the home's classic movies that are available to watch. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked with every serving/cooking/kitchen item one might need. The home is located super close to the zoo and not far from many restaurants and the downtown village area. The neighborhood was……

“This is property is excellent condition except two things: - We wish they have food wrap and foil wrap - Air-conditioning of the room on the second floor does not work, so it is quite hot up there The rest is no complaints. We all love this property.”
