“The location is in the city center, easy to go anywhere. But if you drive by yourself, it is inconvenient to park, and the cleanliness of the room is average. When we first arrived, the bathroom was very smelly, and there was no exhaust fan to dispel the smell.”

“The property was well maintained and the staff was hospitable and polite. I would rate this a 5. The room was clean but a bit tight. The amenities were average. No conditioner or body soap and when called to refill the bottles. They brought up shampoo and body soap. One out of 2 rates this a 4. The water drain was clogged and the AC did not adequately controlled the temperature.”

“The hotel is beautiful! The surrounding area had a lot of construction and road work going on. The mayor should have had this work done to get ready for Super Bowl during the off season and not during the busy season. Poor timing for the city.”

“Very pleasant. Staff were wonderful. We did upgrade when getting there so we can use the club lounge. I would have enjoyed it the lounge more if it was stocked. I asked the staff if I they could restock the drinks she said yes but never got stocked. I waited for 15 minutes then finally just went downstairs and bought a drink from Starbucks. Checked back later still only thing drink was milks and coffee style drinks. The room was clean . All and all wonderful stay.”

“Here's the translation: "First time visiting New Orleans, full of excitement. However, upon checking into this hotel, the rooms were extremely old, the lighting was uncomfortable, giving the feeling of being in an operating room. The photos looked great, but the reality was vastly different, with worn-out sofas. Very disappointed. This hotel doesn't even come close to a 4-star standard, and staying here was very unpleasant. Eventually left a day early and switched to another hotel.”
