“Quick acting, positive staff. Despite a fire alarm in the morning, able isolate the issue quickly. Despite dealing with the flooding due to a fire sprinkler knocking out the elevators, helped guests with difficulties deal with stairs, especially with luggage. ”

“Our stay there is wonderful. The room is clean, the cats are really cute, and the view is breathtaking!”

“Val was the GM there when we stayed and she did a great job with everything. She gave us local recommendations for things to do. The room had a beautiful view of the water. There is a little trail to walk to this secluded beach with breathtaking sunrises. They catered a very nice 7 course meal one night for the guest and it was delightful. It all felt like an upscale bed and breakfast. Great secluded getaway. ”

“The property was as advertised, beautiful decor and many amenities plus awesome balconies to sit and watch the sunset. Only issue was the hallway to the unit which had a musty smell but using the service elevator was a way around the smell even though the service elevator had very dirty carpet.”

The central location on the island allows for east access to everywhere. We will definitely be talking about/recommending the volcano mist cottage to others. ”
