“This is my 1st stay in December. Last year we stayed 1 night during new yrs but did not enjoy our stay because our room was not clean and security wouldn't let my 35yr old married son in the casino gambling area. He left his drivers licenses in his vehicle at home because he road with me and forgot get it. He has a membership and had his drivers licenses photo copy in an email that he sent to his job. “Get workout facilities ”

“Some key areas were a little dirty, gym was very neglected. The room had some hard to miss stains on mirrors and walls. But i can see rushed cleaning because of a huge event causing some issues.”

“Big and clean room. The interior was also nice.”

“I am EXTREMELY particularly with choosing my hotels. That being said I was not disappointed, in the least. I was promptly and properly greeted by the staff upon arrival, and was even allowed to check in early. I was also informed that they were short staffed at the moment and I completely understood this, seeing as it is the holidays and I was once a housekeeper myself, so I know the struggle all too well. Any requests I made was met with a smile and completion, as I did not as for much……
