“Hotel Napoleon is very beautiful and kept very clean. The staff was nice just not very friendly. The only thing that I didn’t care for was that before my stay I called and asked if they would have Valet service for the weekend. I was told no that they would not have Valet service. However, after I parked my car myself and carried my bag about a half block I discovered as I entered the hotel that they did have Valet service. I would stay there again. ”

“AWESOME HOTEL!!! Memphis by and large is not great but this hotel was fantastic. Great music being played at all times that you can activate in your room. The manager (Corey) was absolutely fantastic. Very hip lounge area with a music room. Love this place. ”

“Check in was really fast, and my room was nice, warm and clean. I even loved how they had Dove products in the bathroom. It was quiet, and ha a lot of food places and shopping not too far from the hotel. Will stay here again in the future when I visit. ”

“This place felt so unsafe we left and tried to get refund. The master shower was disgusting. It was advertised as a balcony, was a first floor with patio that did not have private gate around and the sliding glass doors were unlocked, along with windows in bedrooms. I would not recommend staying here. ”
