“They have amazing old art collection waiting for you to explore, the room service is incredibly nice. The parking is excellent they'll have your car ready within 5 minutes. “The rooms are large and sound proof. It's nice having a coffee maker and fridge in the room. The beds are comfortable. I love the floor to ceiling windows that have beautiful city views. My only complaint is that the water pressure overall isn't good. It wasn't good for the bathroom sink or in the shower.”

“This hotel was so nice! From the couple of phone calls I made prior to checking in, to walking into the lobby, to coming and going and to checkout, the staff couldn't have been more friendly and helpful !!! So very nice! It felt like walking into a movie set in the lobby and the room! Very pleasant atmosphere and experience the entire stay! “This stay was the last checkpoint for our Midwest trip, the room itself was pretty nice, very cozy. but there are several unsatisfactory points. the pillow quality was really bad, it doesn't have a microwave. the bathroom has exhaust fans but does not work, We did contact guest service, and they did come, He looked around and told us that the bathroom itself did not have an exhaust fan.(yet there is literally a visible fan on top of them?) pretty unhappy since we had to stay there for 9 days.”
