“Hôtel très bien situé face au port , très belle chambre mais prestation du petit déjeuner un peu juste ”

“Dit was één van de accommodaties op onze ontdekkingsreis van de Azoren waar we het meest naar uitkeken. Onze verwachtingen werden overtroffen! Te beginnen met hosts Pedro & Antónia die er alles aan doen om je verblijf zo aangenaam mogelijk te maken. De tent zelf was fantastisch: proper, voorzien van een ijskast en zalig gelegen tussen de palmen. Het voelde als buiten slapen. Elke avond kregen we kort na zonsondergang bezoek van een uil die zich door de palmen rond onze tent bewoog. We vreesden……

“Das Pocinho Bay Hotel hat nur 6 Zimmer, die sehr sauber sind, genauso wie die gesamte Anlage. Es gibt einen schönen Pool, wo jeder Gast einebequeme Liege findet. Die Zimmer sind gross und geräumig. Die Lage ist sehr schön: ruhig, etwa 10 min (Auto) von Madalena entfernt, direkt am Meer mit einer wenig besuchten Badebucht. In wenigen Schritten kommt man also vom Pool zum Baden im Meer. Das ist auf Pico wohl einmalig. Auch die Aussicht auf die Insel Faial ist wunderschön. ”

Check in 2 hours later (at 5 instead than 2) Water shower almost not flying Water stacked in the bathroom Washing machine closed by key and not accessible (had to call at 11 pm) The apartment has much more potential but not with this management. I would not go again.”

“I was charged to my credit card $289.65 with no receipt to show what I was paying for. I emailed them and they told me it was for consumption. I didn't order any food because they had free breakfast. These people are cheating the clients. Expedia should take them off their website as one of the properties to stay at. If i was cheated how many mote people have they cheated.”

“The air was very damp and smelled like mold. There was indeed some black mold on the shower curtain and on the window curtain. Everything felt slightly damp in the room including our pillows. It was therefore extremely uncomfortable and hard to sleep. We woke up in the morning feeling nausea presumably because of the disgusting air. There was also a door to the outside that rattled loudly every time a gust of wind blew which also made it hard to sleep. Overall I would recommend finding different……
