“Spent a few days skiing in Summit County and thought we'd give the AC a try for a couple of nights. Excellent stay; very clean and modern with really highly professional staff. Not exactly a "ski country residence" - perhaps more "airport lounge" - but extremely comfortable and well worth the price. “Our go to resort in Vail on a yearly basis. The hotel is great and the hotel staff is amazing!! Just the ski store that is in the hotel and connected to it called TRUENORTH has a manager and an assistant manger who were despicable racist people. It is a shame that they have these people deal with children passing through the store all day (as it a mandatory passage way to get into the hotel). They are rude abrasive racist individuals. ”

“THE PROPERTY WAS VERY CLEAN AND NICE. THE BIG PROBLEM WAS , THAT THE UNIT WAS ON THE 4TH FLOOR OF COMPLEX WITH NO ELEVATOR...THIS WAS NOT STATED. YOU NEEDED TO BE IN VERY GOOD SHAPE TO HIKE UP 48 STAIRS WITH LUGGAGE, GROCERIES AND SKIS. ONCE AGAIN, THIS WAS NOT STATED!”
