“Hotel was Gorgeous and we were very happy with our room, I was only in KC to catch a Flight back Home after visiting Topeka and wanted to have a nice stay, we made reservations at PS and enjoyed our drinks, coming back to the room we noticed their was not a plug for the tub (our reason for the stay was to soak and be close to the airport) maintenance couldn’t locate one and we were promptly upgraded to a Suite. “It’s always beautiful ! We love staying in this place. Verbena is delicious and I love the market. The rooms are huge, so noises do reverberate, the bathrooms are giant also. The water pressure coming out of the shower head in our room wasn’t the best, but it’s all beautiful to look at. It would be helpful if there was a fan in the bathroom for noise (for the people who cannot sleep in dead silence) and to help with the steam. We will always be back for special occasions. ”
