“The Fontaine is a wonderful property. The restaurant was excellent. However, there are areas of improvement, especially concerning Expedia VIP Members and our benefits. I had to remind staff about the upgraded room, free drink, and late check-out. They obliged when I mentioned it, but it's always nice when those benefits are top of mind when checking in. There was quiet a bit of wear/tear on the property and in our room including a shattered mirror. This property used to be so fresh. ……

“We always enjoy staying at this hotel. Rooms are spacious, well appointed and clean. The staff are very helpful and willing to address any issues no matter how small. “It is time for updating. Also the pool pools hours are a bit stingy. There are hand made signs throughout the hotel warning guest to be quiet. That seemed odd. I don't like how the Hilton honors app and expedia don't comminate ”
