“Loved that it is non smoking! Place was very nice and rooms in hotel had high quality beds and pillows. bathroom clean with nice walk in shower with rain shower head. However, I gave it four stars because the food court food was not very good, I asked if the lobster bisque was creamy thick or thin. Was told yes it creamy. However It was thin and tasteless. Lastly, I was disappointed that there is no sit down breakfast restaurant in the casino or surrounding neighborhood. I Was told……

“I preface by saying I love the Delmar and have stayed several times over the years. This time I noticed an overall lack of polish from the staff during my check in especially- the kid doing the check in took a phone call during, didn’t make eye contact , didn’t say what my room number was just handed over a key. Could’ve been better and more hospitable . The bar staff was on a similar level, when we sat down to eat at 8am after a full day of travel, the bartender went out of his way to note they……

“Funny to ask if my room had a patio when it was blocked off by a couch. Beds need to be replaced IMO. Figure out why your fire alarm goes off in an electrical storm. ”
