“The stay at this Hotel has normally been very good but this time we had an issue with our first floor room where as the floor was ice cold . The room was comfortable with this exception. We really enjoy that the entertainment -food plus Casino can all be accessed indoors . The rate charged was a value bonus for such accomodations”

“I will say the guests dog in the gym area was a little disconcerting!!! And it wasn’t on leash. And it’s growled at everyone coming in. I’m a dog person but this was very odd and the owner yelled at me when the dog walked out of the gym because I held the door open for the guest behind me. Definitely needs to be a notice that no dogs or animals allowed in gym area. The dog was a menace. ”
