“Excellent location, well-maintained corporate house. This is much more comfortable than living in a hotel with a large kitchen. Beds are very comfortable too. Whole foods and starbucks are right down the building. Steps to Yellow line. Will live here again!”

“Overall was quite nice but there were a few issues worth noting: The hall bathroom did not have a hand towel bar or a clothes hook on the back of the door. Entrance fluorescent light flickers wildly. Air-conditioning seemed to just heat and not cool despite thermostat setting. No ice cube trays. ”

“Only 2 tvs in unit, balcony is spacious, apartment could use an upgrade though. The running water from the sink in the bathrooms had a major odor. Overall it wasn’t a bad unit, the apartment has a lot of space.”

“No hot water for the first 3 days, we have to boil our own water to shower . When we try to contact no one answer for a while. Very confusing instructions to how to get in the house ”

“Had a business trip to Arlington and brought my wife and 2 daughters. The apartment was perfect. Well furnished, clean and had plenty of anything needed. The location is a secured building with views from the roof of the Capital. As far as location, it was so well placed for so many dining options and quick access to transportation. Next we are out in DC, we will be checking to see if the apartment is available! Thanks!”

“Appartement tres grand avec 4 grand lits confortables. L’appartement est propre et bien entretenu. Nous l’avons trouvé tres bien localisé pour aller visiter Washington en metro. Il y a un supermarché Whole Food à 8 min à pied et un Centre commercial à 15 min à pied. La piscine à disposition a pu egalement faire la joie de nos enfants. ”

“Large, convenient location and good to have two bedrooms and bathrooms. Concierge very helpful and friendly, metro very close. Think budget, Not luxury, worn towels, poor shower pressure, parking a nuisance and there is nothing extra such as coffee filters, better paper products, etc. but it is safe, restaurants in the area, gas, etc. Tried to turn off the heat bit apartment very warm. You can open the windows for fresh air, until about 6:15 am. The major drawback, however, is the construction……
