“Overall my stay was good. I was taken back by how small a queen deluxe bathroom is but I made it work. My room was cleaned the first day but the 2nd day, I had to go to the front desk to ask if my room would be cleaned—they put in a request at that moment and my room still wasn’t cleaned. I was brought fresh towels but my bed was just “straightened” The room service tray with leftovers was still outside my room on the floor that night. “We have stayed here several times. This time the following things were an issue though they really didn’t diminish the experience: one of the elevators shook and then was taken offline for 3 days, for a 5 day stay, our room was only cleaned once, i never got a receipt by email as promised. The desk clerk spelled my name.wrong (I watched her do it) and when i pointed it out, she denied it.
