“I had a slight issue when I checked in, but the hotel Manager has since written me a letter explaining the details of what happened. Also, The gentleman that was on duty, when I checked in moved me to another room and I was happy with that. When I come to Dover Delaware, that’s usually my go to hotel of choice and I’ve had no problems throughout the years.”
