“The hotel is located right next to the train station, just 1 min walk to the side entrance. Perfect for travelling to Zermatt. Very quiet area, but felt safe. Buffet breakfast was included. Food was ok (or “good” in Swiss standard). The hotel was quite old yet the rooms were renovated. The toilet was small but functional. The room was not too spacious. You can still have 2 large suitcases opened at the same time. The bed was soft, and the pillow was basically non-existent. Not supportive at……

“The apartment is spacious and have everything we need. There is a supermarket within 5 to 6 minutes walk so we can go buy stuffs easily. The apartment's window and balcony all have a view of the Matterhorn. However the apartment does not have reception and can only self check in on or after 4pm. We arrived a few hours early and need to take our luggage to there sister hotel for short storage. We also need to keep the kitchen area clean and take the trash to trash bin outside the apartment.”
