“Pool area wasn't cleaned overnight. There were clumps of hair on the floor surrounding the pool that remained the next day. ”

“It’s an older property but one that’s well maintained and well staffed. New ownership plan a major overhaul in 2025. When that’s completed it should become a preferred destination for people seeking a spacious, quiet hotel with easy access to major thoroughfares. It does need a second elevator. A single lift for a four-story property results in long waits and frustration.”

“I loved the personal attention to making my trip stressfree. My flight was delayed arriving after shuttle service ended. Hotel staff arranged for taxi to pick me up and transport me back to airport next day free of charge. Saved me having to wait for and pay for Uber late at night from airport. I’m very happy with all of the friendly staff, the hotel was beautiful, breakfast extra but worth it, delicious, hot and open 7-10. Very convenient times. Service staff friendly and efficient. “Pool area is dark, not very clean. Pool towels are size of hand towels and bad quality. Hot tub was down and we were not told at booking. Very disappointing. Broken chair in room. Paper products in room extremely low quality. So much so my 6 yr old grandson commented. Loved shower products. Most staff on their phones every time we walked through. ”

“located right downtown, was in walking distance of our venue. gave us drink chips to use at the bar. rooms are a little small, and no good view,(office building right next door) but we just needed a place to stay after our concert. Awsom shower... would defiantly stay there again!! ”

“From the moment I booked with Hotels.com, I made a small request about room views and the Cambria staff sent a message saying they would do everything they could to accommodate. And they did! Staff was always available immediately upon arrival to the desk, hotel was clean and quiet, and maintained well. My room had a mini fridge and microwave, both of which I used and worked great. I did not use additional amenities during my stay but did notice a sign stating the hot tub was out of order, but……
