“2 of us booked 2 rooms, and request double bed. But finally gave us one double bed room and one twins room, I have a question here, if we wanted twins room for us, why we needs to pay for one more room? they said they did not see any request . That's another question here, I understand sometimes Hotel can't reach all you request, but how if they totally not care??? no any notice? “I have stayed in quite many different hotels and this Riad is one of the best accommodations I have ever experienced. After a long trip from Sahara desert, I was stunned by the serene vibe of this Riad and had a refreshing shower here. The facilities and room were clean and it showed a traditional Moroccan style in detail. The breakfast was absolutely amazing as to my surprise, I tasted one of the best yogurt. “We appreciated that the receptionist met us out on the street when we got out of the taxi and walked us to the riad. The AC and WIFI worked great in our room and we liked hanging out on the upstairs terace in the mornings and evenings. Breakfast is at 9 am and consisted of coffee and traditional bread products and toppings. We enjoyed out stay! ”

“nice riad, good location. but very odd design about the bathroom. it was near the room right beside the entrance and there was no door! anyone get into the room will be able to see you in showing. not feeling safe! bad design”

“Situated in the medina, very convenient for shopping and dining. The room was clean and the bathroom too but there is this sewer smell which is understandable because it’s an old riad and could have come through the open window from outside. The manager’s hospitality will make up for whatever structural lacking. Nordine welcomed us with mint tea and helped us arrange for our day tours, walked us to tour meeting place.
