“Hotel berkonsep syariah yg cukup baik. Lorong hotel dipenuhi meja pesta utk ballrom Kebersihan lorong2 yg kurang. Malam minggu adalah sangat tidak nyaman nginap dihotel ini karena suara bising dari kegiatan balap liar di depan hotel”

“We love coming here each year but it seems to be going down in standards. Many rooms have air conditioning that does not work so we had to change until we got a good one. Bathrooms need better cleaning as well as pool. Some staff were great, some not so great. The food was quite good. Breakfast, view and pool great value for price. The lasagne they had in 2015 was amazing..bring back the old chef. Please put hand soap in rooms. I should not have to demand it after being told to use the pump……

“Nice hotel in central Manado, with friendly managemant. Had big problem because Expedia did not pay the bill. The hotel could not arrange it. I had to do a lot of correspondence and the responses from expedia came very slow. Hotel was ok, Expedis a nightmare.”

“Very nice hotel conveniently located next to the mall and hospital. It had a nice Indonesian breakfast buffet. Very friendly staff. Overall a great value. The only downside was the loud mosque next door. That said, I would stay there again ”

“actually named Sentosa Guesthouse and is behind an eatery. Was very difficult to find; is opposite an Indomaret. Dimgo is a very nice cafe on the corner diagonally opposite Sentosa. We had an upstairs front room with windows, which was good.”

“The staff were very nice and helpful & the breakfast buffet was good/extensive, but the rooms are dated and we’re not cleaned well. The dirty looking bath mats pictured here says it all. Overall a bit pricey for what you get. ”
