“My family and I stayed at Best Western Plus Executive Residency overnight because my son had a wrestling tournament at a nearby high school. Staying at this hotel was the best decision! “The staff was very helpful and friendly. The property is in a great location! Lot's of shopping options nearby. The decor is nice and modern. The rooms are very spacious and comfortable. I love the fact that the hotel has hot water for showers, when many hotels have lukewarm water. A big plus!”

“I booked this hotel for a business trip based upon the 3 star rating on hotels.com. Upon arrival, the check in was quick but found that i could have stayed the week for 199 instead of 350. The room was a disaster. The mirror had fallen, no toilet paper, no bottom sheet, no trash can. The room stunk and was in horrible repair. Most clientele appeared to be crackheads and no amenities were available. Furniture was worn out and covers torn. Evening clerk packed up and went home and if you called……

“They didn't let me check in, they just didn't respond to my messages anymore, when they responded it had already been 4 hours since the beginning of my stay, I had already rented another place, as I was left at the door of the house for 2 hours without being able to enter with my 1 year old son.”
