“The customer service was amazing- I called the hotel at 9p to let them know my flight was delayed and the lady that helped me was kind and understanding that I wouldn't arrive until midnight or possibly later. When we arrived at the front desk, the gentleman that serviced us was just as amazing. Every single employee who serviced us provided high quality hospitality. The room was just a tad sketchy, the bathroom door didn't have an inner handle or a fan, it was so humid even though we had the……

“I booked this hotel for two nights, but after first night, the cleaning staff removed all of my belongings left in the room when I was out. After I found this, the staff told me that expedia only reserved my room for one night, and it proved later that their argument was wrong. Finally, they found my staff in their collection center. What a terrible management.”

“This hotel had good reviews and it's a Best Western so our expectations were high before we arrived. The hotel and our stay certainly met those expectations. Check-in was easy and the front desk person pleasant and helpful. Our room was clean in all the important areas although there was a fair amount of dust on the back of the TV. We always find having a fridge and microwave a helpful addition. The bed was comfortable and the room quiet, and heating & air easy to adjust. The breakfast buffet……
