“This was one of our favourite hotels on our road trip! The room was beautifully renovated and the bed was insanely comfortable. They had like 3000 channels on the tv and a microwave and fridge. The main building was ADORABLE and cozy, they had a great common space, and the little shop had great stuff - I got my sister a souvenir from their gift shop and she was obsessed. The property was also great. I would come back here in a heartbeat. It’s also so close to lots of great Stowe attractions and……

“Butler House speaks of itself: a house with the amazing management of a great butler - the result of the dedication of the owner, Paul and his wife. Paul was so friendly and though he was always busy at the breakfast room, he always checked if we needed help Our room was spacious, clean and tidy and offered everything we need.The kitchen is big and we enjoyed cooking there. I used their washing machine and dryer and detergent and softener were available. Highly recommended for couples……

“Stowe is firmly implanted in my brain as an amazing place to visit, and the Timberholm plays a big part of this. Just a few minutes drive outside of the town centre, it's easily accessible and yet far away enough that it feels secluded and peaceful. What a gorgeous lodge too, with all kinds of activities and a huge fireplace with roaring flames if you just want to chill. Breakfast is included and served fresh, and the rooms are small but perfect. The bed was the comfiest I've stayed in for……

“I didn’t like that we did not have shampoo or conditioner in our unit! I also thought each unit should carry salt and pepper! The facility was not full and we had a person next to us! I would think you would separate your guests out for more privacy and quietness! ”
