“The property was clean. My kids were disappointed that the swimming pool was closed during our stay. I was closed for some kind of mechanical problem. The family entertainment center closed too early and hours of operation were too short. Only open from 3:00-9:00 pm. Not much opportunity for the kids and families to stay busy. ”

“Beautiful place in a very quaint small town. We were there for only one night, as this was one of our stops during a trip down PCH. This hotel is definitely a centerpiece in the small town of Ferndale. I wish we had more time to just stay and relax. The room was very clean, comfortable, and spacious. If we ever have a chance to return to the area, we will definitely try to stay at the Victorian Inn. ”

“I wanted to take a bath so I got a couple of the Clorox wipes to wipe down the bath tub. The first swipe I did came up with debris and hair. It grossed me out, so I decided to take a shower. The water lapped at my ankles because there was so much hair clogging the drain!! Then I dropped something behind the nightstand and found tons of dust there. Looked clean, but was only clean in the middle. ”
