“I loved the Railroad Inn! It was beautifully decorated for Christmas! The walls were “thin” because you could hear everyone walking down the hallway and opening and closing of doors, And the street traffic outside was a little noisy. The bed was comfortable, but the pillows were too big, my head felt like it was way up high, just too firm, couldn’t get comfortable. Everything was very clean and well appointed. ”

“Beautiful place, lovely old timey charm, the breakfast was delicious and it's right by everything in town, you can easily walk to downtown. Ed has some great stories about the place as well, I cannot recommend this place enough!”

“Really enjoyed the Victorian ambiance, the intricate woodwork, the period furniture and setup, even the draftyness in the halls at night when it was cold outside. Breakfast was amazing both days, the host (Jim) was kind and generous. We will definitely be staying there again soon.”

“Jan, the Host, put a lot of thought into making the stay a comfortable one, from informative notes to snacks. We weren’t sure about the neighborhood when we pulled up because the house on the corner (next door) looked like a seedy shack but it didn’t matter! ”
