“Property was good still a lot of construction going on to repair damage from the hurricane. Staff was very nice great service overall experience was nice and easy walkable to pool and the private beach. ”

“it had just been renovated in 2023 I believe. very nicely done. quality things built to last. Loved having the private beach for shelling. Great location. would stay there again in a heartbeat for future. had a wonderful time there.”

“A gem! Quaint property that makes your stay enjoyable. They have everything that you need for a day at the beach/shell seeking. The chairs, umbrella, shovels, buckets, towels, and wagon are there to use. Loved it! ”

“Excellent location for us. Property as stated renovated after hurricane Ian. Nicely done. Had everything we needed at the property to include beach chairs, towels and umbrella. We are routine annual visitors to this area and had a wonderful experience! The island is still undergoing work after the impact of three hurricanes. So, if you are familiar with the area it does look different.Nice to see familiar businesses coming back. Do miss the ones that are not coming back. Excellent communication……

“The property was beautiful. I rented this one condo because it had an elevator but when we got there the elevator was broke and they were working on it. So my husband had to stay in the condo do to not able to go up and down stairs ”

“Terrific location and very clean property. Great views of the gulf and very close to the pool. We had a wonderful time!”

“Lovely condo with pool and walkway to beach. We especially liked sitting on the screened lanai in the evening to watch the thunderstorms. Condo has nicely updated bathrooms. Plenty of space for 3-4 people.”

“Condo destroyed by Ian. No refund was offered. Do not rent from Breakaway property's. Good thing I got insurance.”

“The property and location were great. We loved the closeness to the beach and the pool. The condo was very well stocked and had everything that we needed. The only issue we had were the beds- they were not the most comfortable and definitely needs updated. We knew this going in because of all the comments made by other guest. We all agreed we would come back!”
