Much better than some other units in Lands End where other members of our family stayed.Captiva and Sanibel are a shell of their former selves and the South Seas Island resort is very much in a state of heavy construction and hedge podge amenities. 」

「The team at Kingfisher make this condo experience A. Being newly renovated, there were a couple of bumps, however, all was sorted out promptly. The condo had a well-stocked kitchen including spices, beach chairs/umbrellas/sand toys were plentiful, plush towels and cozy linens, lots of extras (nightlights, hangars, TV trays, beach towels, cooler), bike paths at end of parking lot. 「Excellent location for us. Property as stated renovated after hurricane Ian. Nicely done. Had everything we needed at the property to include beach chairs, towels and umbrella. We are routine annual visitors to this area and had a wonderful experience! The island is still undergoing work after the impact of three hurricanes. So, if you are familiar with the area it does look different.Nice to see familiar businesses coming back. Do miss the ones that are not coming back. Excellent communication...

「The condo was fantastic. Few restaurants open and food was not really up to par. Expensive but that was expected. Much of the island still under construction. Traffic was horrible on Periwinkle especially in the afternoon. Biggest problem was noseeum bugs. My partner suffered many bites which were itchy for days. I do have concerns about medical care. One clinic open with two doctors. Tried to get appointment but non available. Hoping next year improvement will continue as we have...

「The property and location were great. We loved the closeness to the beach and the pool. The condo was very well stocked and had everything that we needed. The only issue we had were the beds- they were not the most comfortable and definitely needs updated. We knew this going in because of all the comments made by other guest. We all agreed we would come back!」
