“The room was separated from next door by a door only, the guest next to us was shouting at 3am on a phone call so soundproofing could be improved. It was very clean and the facilities in the room were great. It was pretty clean but inside the kitchen cupboards needed a little more attention. ”

“The staff is nice, and the room is spacious, but the amenities are few.”

“I stayed in The Horton Grand for six nights from 8/16 till 8/22 in 2024. Unbelievably, my room (#321) did not have a refrigerator, although two staff members at the front desk (reception) claimed that every room had one. I remember several years ago before the pandemic my room did have a microwave oven and a refrigerator when I stayed in the same hotel.”
