“Our stay was overall great. Danielle (?) at the front desk with short curly hair was excellent and accommodated our needs perfectly. Only complaint would be that the bed was not very comfortable. However, the cleanliness of the property was great and we will be back.”

“Our stay at the University Plaza Hotel was very good. The rooms are outdated but clean. The couch bed mattress left a lot to be desired, but they usually do. It also had numerous stains and no mattress cover. We had to go down and request bedding for it. The staff was pleasant and did deliver it to our room. Overall, a good experience and would stay again as it was very conveniently located and clean. ”

“We arrived prior to 3:00 check in but they allowed us early check in. My wife doesn't like elevators and when i told the front desk that they found an open room on the 1st floor and transferred our registration. The next morning we went to the breakfast included and the food was good, and the staff were very friendly and made it a pleasant experience. The room was comfortable and we would definitely use them again.”

“I like to stay at Home2Suites always because they approach being sustainable by having dishes and silverware, mugs, and glasses. Breakfast included is good, room was clean and spacious, and we were welcomed with a personalized screen. Overall, it was a good experience.”

“I think this place is wonderful! Compared to the plethora of other hotels out there there are many things this place is not, but I spend a lot of time travelling and after a while all hotels just kind of seem the same regardless of what you spent. This hotel is not the same! It’s perfectly unique and different! It’s in an interesting neighbourhood and it will definitely be my go to place to stay when in town.!”
