“This was our first time to Branson. The hotel had a pleasant atmosphere, but we faced issues on our first night. The toilet didn't flush properly due to a loose handle which we fixed by opening the top and tightening the handle. We received four wooden tokens for two seasonal drinks each evening, but when we ordered Mistletoe drinks, the waiter said the tokens were only valid for a "polar" drink that wasn't on the menu nor mentioned. We arrived at 6:45 for Christmas dinner, they were out……

“Property was very nice and quiet. Well kept and nice scenery. The room we had was clean and had everything we needed for a 3 night stay. I would recommend the property owner remove the dated shag carpet and put in some type of hardwood floors. Also, the couch and matching chair in the living room area is dated and appeared soiled. The bed was not a queen as advertised. It was a full. So sleeping with my husband was difficult. The Kleenex and toilet paper was rough. Sorta cheap. ……

And even though our preferred room is the full size room, it was really great and suited our family well! ”
