"The staff was super helpful and accomodating with our check-in/ check out. Fantastic rooms and hotel ammenities. Location was perfect for us for a quick lay over in Shanghai, with many local spots around. If you’re staying for more than a couple days - it was a 10 mins Uber to closest station and 45 mins on train to city center. Overall extremely happy with everything. Airport shuttle was also easy and efficient "

"I love the self served washer and dryer which is very convenient when traveling light with the family. Also the gym is a must for me. Free breakfast offered by Expedia upgrade is amazing. Love the options of both eastern and westerns. Staffs are friendly and helpful. Location is convenient, only 2 minutes away from closest subway station. "

"Right on Naking pedestrian walk with pretty of restaurants and shops. Room is spaceous. Needs more thorough cleaning of bathroom grouts and minor repairs throughout the place. Beware that there are about ten steps at the hotel entrance, avoid staying here if your are disabled, difficult walking or have heavy luggage’s "
