“Very good place, clean and cozy. Stuff is very friendly. Hotel has a hottub, sauna and steam room included in the room price, however the reservation is required for those amenities, which is not mentioned on Expedia! So after booking better to call hotel directly and made the reservation. Expedia didn't notify us so when we arrived to hotel, all amenities were fully booked and we could not enjoy it.”

“The only thing I could complain about was that when I walked in my room, I slid the window right open when I checked it for first floor safety. The window was not secured or locked. The gracious front desk person changed my room. The second room window was also not locked when I walked in the room. The front desk employee came to the room and was able to show me the trick to lock it, but the fact that it was not easy able to be locked without the trick or figured out was unsafe. I was grateful……

“Hotel staff was great. They gave us sleds to use on the hills next to the hotel. Hotel could use some updates but it was clean. The breakfast was great but the staff that took care of replenishing the breakfast and keeping things clean went above and beyond. He was up wiping tables constantly and making sure everything was clean and organized at the buffet, he even offered to make my son a special breakfast the following day but we were leaving. Very impressed! ”
