“This is a highly-recommended hotel. The location is quite convenient. Everything is great, feeling like a home. One thing that they can improve is the offering of the breakfast. It is quite hard to get breakfast outside the hotel in the morning. So, if there is breakfast offered, even a simple continental breakfast, that would be great and the convenient for business travelers.”

“Very beautiful hotel. Friendly staff, great location. The food was great, however wish breakfast included cook-to-order options. There was only buffet food and I was really hoping to get an omelet haha. Enjoyed my stay and would stay there again. Note, everything already has gratuity included and they don’t really make it clear. I was double tipping on everything until I realized at the end of my stay gratuity was already added. ”

“The staff really sucks, I could check in at 4pm, I came in at 9pm and they told me the room wasn't ready just the twin beds and they didn't know when it would be ready. I said it's not my problem, you need to fix it, and the front desk said it's not her problem, and the service at this hotel is really bad.”

“I stayed in the hotel with my family during Thanksgiving. It was wonderful. The hotel is clearly a nice choice! The rooms are not big, but nice and clean and cozy. The location is unbeatable. You can walk to Indepdence Hall, China Town, Macy's, the City Hall. Everything is closeby. And you can easily have a nice breakfast or lunch at Reading Terminal Market. Definitely recommend the hotel. I hope to have the chance of visiting Philly again and will definitely choose the hotel again. ”
