“Nice location in downtown Lawrence - close to Mass Street. Property is a bit dated, but otherwise was clean and pleasant wiht nice staff. Wonderful warm - and free - breakfast.”

“There is no elevator and it was not mentioned. It was also not mentioned that if you need wheelchair/handicap room you have to request when you book. The room we were to have was not available so they gave us an upgrade free of charge on the first floor. Staff was not trained so we got charged the difference for the upgraded room. Luckily, I make sure there are blocks to extra charges but it tried to charge every night. At first the manager was very defensive when we brought up the issue but she……

“Love everything about my last stay! Friendly staff. Easy parking. I just wish they would get the juice machine fixed for breakfast. The water was out too. No yogurt or boiled eggs this time. The breakfast wasn’t as good as it usually is. Otherwise, room was extremely clean. ”

“A little worn out, age shows. Looks like an extended stay hotel. Adequate for overnight stay. Area seemed safe and quiet. ”

“We arrived late, the email stated using the last 4 numbers from the phone number, it didn't work. Finally we used a # before the number which worked. The email didn't say to use the #sign which was frustrating. The parking area wasn't marked, so everyone parked where ever they wanted. Lastly the email information never worked the whole time we were there. Just a few things to work on, otherwise we all enjoyed the beautiful house. ”
