“Harrahs is a decent hotel, it has great food, great club, decent casino even tho i dont gamble. The rooms are spacious, but why no desks in the rooms? I had some work to do and had to put ipads on the floor and work laying down on the floor. Beds are average, the pilliows are horrible, horrible, horrible. ”

“The Elms is a beautiful hotel built in 1912 so it has an authentic early 20th century charm. It is architecturally beautiful from it's elegant main lobby to the curved upper seating in the Three Owls restaurant to the two story skylight in the main dining room; really a treat for the senses. The food was very good at the restaurant and while we were there they put on a Thanksgiving buffet that was very well attended and held in the beautiful main dining room. “It started with the check in, as soon as I walked in I was greeted with a smile and friendliness. All the details of the hotel were shared with me. Every time I walked past the front desk, no matter who's the clerk was they greeted me and asked me how my day was going. The customer service was amazing. This was a very refreshing stay. “Very clean rooms with incredible mattress and pillows. Nice to have a separate place to chill and watch TV that's not on the bed. Breakfast was good only thing here is when they say breakfast until 9:30 that is what they mean lol. Everywas cleaned up and we noticed a few disappointed guests.”
