Not only did he answer our questions in detail, he provided us with a lot of hotel info. We encountered him again later that night when he served us...

"Excellent location, clean, nice rooms, and great staff. Parking is ample and free. Breakfast for us was not covered so we did not eat there so cannot say much about that but you can order breakfast which by looking at the menu looked better than usual. What else do you need in a hotel :)"
