“The staff is very friendly and helpful. However, due to the recent renovation, the public area is not very clean. There is no buffet breakfast provided (though you get a bag of a snack, a muffin, and a bottled water). Also, the controller of my room's air conditioner didn't work. I set it to 75 degree but the temperature is still 61. ”

“Room was spacious and clean. Bathroom was large, good closet and storage space. Shopping and food nearby as well as hotel restaurant and a limited menu Starbuck in the lobby. Staff was pleasant, I didn't need anything from them, but they were friendly and informative. Very easy 12 minute drive to downtown Toledo and very close to the Zoo.”

“Everything about it was kid friendly and that is why we went , was to bring my daughter to the "slidepool" and she loved it it was wonderful and i even enjoyed everything there, it was pretty cool!”

“Chose this property for being a fairly new hotel. Going into the room, felt it was not being properly maintained. The door to the bathroom was broke and would not shut/latch. A few bed pillows had stains and shower produced room temperature water at best. Asked the staff about it and just told me ‘ will have someone look at it. Was only there for a night but would have raised a larger deal with the hotel if I was staying any longer.”

“This was perfect for our family! The suite is huge with amble room for us! Very clean and close to anytbing you would need in the area. If i had to give a Con, the pool was very cold. We came for a New Years get away but couldn’t swim as much as we wanted, but our stay was great and the hotel is perfect!”

“Overall a nice stay. I was on the second floor right along the railing to the stairs and right above the check in area. I had some trouble getting to sleep. Whenever somebody would walk in I could hear the doors, people talking at the front desk, or whenever somebody would walk up the stairs. Overall not a bad place and I would stay again if I was in a different area. ”

“We stayed for a weekend volleyball tournament and the glass city center was conveniently attached to the hotel. The room was so spacious and clean. The free breakfast and coffee in the morning were fantastic. We ate at the restaurant located inside the hotel and we were not impressed. Very high prices and just okay food/service. Lots of dining options close by though. We did enjoy a drink at the hotel bar and the atmosphere was nice. Highly recommend and would most definitely stay again. ”
