“Mostly good. Compared to the other Holiday Inn properties we stayed in (3) on our trip this was our least favorite. Broken toilet paper holder in the bathroom, no blackout shade on the window, mold in the shower. Reading light broken, no grab bars where they are needed. The other hotels were great, this was a disappointment and the rate was higher.”

“Service was good, cleanliness was great, room was a tiny bit on the smaller side and could have used a table in the room. Overall we were happy and will definitely stay at this one next year or look for one wherever we travel too. Hotels.com did not offer any special discounts like we thought. We thought by going through them we were getting a better deal only to find out from the hotel we paid the exact same price they charge. So we will not be using hotels.com again unfortunately. ”

“We have stayed here many times. Staff is very friendly. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Breakfast is always hot and ready on time. Parking is always adequate. My favorite thing is to request the first floor seems to be the quietest area that meets our needs.”

“Checked in during a power outage, already not off to a good start. The staff was extremely apologetic. Originally, room was on 4th floor. NOT A GOOD THING. They did everything they could. Another guest decided not to stay. They immediately changed out the room and escorted us down the hall on the 1st floor. We never took advantage of the free snack. Within 20 minutes of debating whether or not to to stay in a dark non climate controlled room with a 125 lb St. Bernard mix-the power came back on.……
