“Had an awesome stay. The staff was excellent. I couldn’t catch the ferry at the time I wanted to (6am) so I had to make multiple trips to the ferry terminal and office to sort my tickets out. The staff offered to take me (free of charge) and each time they waited for me. They told me I didn’t have to check out so early so they gave me access to the room again. When it was time to check out at noon, they told me I could stay in the lobby since the ferry didn’t depart until 5pm. I was so……

“Why do I need to submit any info? The taxi couldn't find the place and the renter never answer his phone I was at the place when I renter finally showed up after 630 and told me I cannot stay there. The taxi paid 30 instead of 12 because she took 2 1/2 looking for the place. I should be given compensation for wasting my time after landing at 10 AM and not one until after 630PM. ”

“Facing the Atlantic Ocean, I can hear the sound of waves lulling me to sleep at night, which helps me sleep very well. While the location is a bit distant from the city center, it's highly recommended for those who enjoy tranquility. The room is very new, with many amenities just replaced, though it lacks some electrical appliances like a hairdryer and kettle, perhaps because it has just opened. The staff's service is exceptional, always there to assist me.”
