“Well this is the first time we were not to happy with the new owners. We choose the resort because its a half way point. We enjoy what you offer. The staff was excellent and you put them in a position to let us know no pool, no service with tv.no change for laundry, no restaurant. We were there 5 nights four days. We travel from Wisconsin to Illinois and back. Either stay closed until your properly prepared. If it wasn't for the staff I would have nothing good to say. Staff excellent!!!!”

“Check in was amazing. The girl at the front desk was the best. Our room was empty when we arrived very early, and we were able to check in and get our stuff into the room. We were working at ski races, would be out all day, and came back late. It was great to be able to come to our room, which was already set up. It was perfect. Thanks. ”

“Hotel is beautiful, brand new, very comfortable bed and bedding, soft sheets and wonderful pillows. Towels were great. Night light in bathroom a plus😊 1 problem for us was the heating/air system. You couldn’t shut it off and it was incredibly loud. Had to get maintenance to override system to shut off. Some people like white noise but this was way more than white noise. Also, fan in bathroom ran constantly. Once system was turned off it was very quiet. All in all was a nice stay.”

“We had a great stay. This is a very nice home. BEAUTIFUL home. Would recommend. Only complaint was lack of electrical outlets. I would recommend and electrician come in and upgrade the home just a bit. OTHER WISE THIS PLACE IS AMAZING WITH TONS OF ROOM!”

“Overall, a very nice property. Updated amenities, comfortable space and right on the river, which was great. Two small frustrations - there were no toiletries in the house (body wash, shampoo, etc) which we have come to expect with rental properties like this. We had to go and buy our own. Second, there were quite a few flies in the house when we got there. We were able to get rid of them but it was a bit of a hassle. ”
