“Can’t say enough positive about this property and the staff. A 10 out of 10. So accommodating, great clean room, great pool, and breakfast. I could go on. This WILL be my go to place to stay when I am in Clearfield for sure.”

“Could use more parking area. Carport was very tight fit for two cars. Would like a refrigerator in room like most hotels have. There is a refrigerator in the kitchen but that is where staff keeps food,etc. for guests and i don't think guests should have access to it. The staff are the best I've ever seen. Always smiling, always helpful. I would hire them all for my business if I could steal them away from the B&B!!! For that reason alone, I will stay there again any time in Punxsutawney.”

“Peggy was VERY helpful, by providing information in the room for Groundhog Day. Her communication was thoughtful (providing check-in information, a hand-drawn map of the surrounding streets and highlighting the parking, and a list of local restaurants in Clearfield). There was a kitchen and full-sized refrigerator, as well as soda / candy / chips available to purchase on the honor system (it was good for my kids to see that). This was beyond perfect, and I couldn't recommend it more. ”

“Very comfortable and well cared for. Spiral staircase to large upstairs bedroom. Wood floors shining. Property is on a dirt road which is a bit rough but also, no traffic past the lodge and a good place for a walk. Though we brought our own food, there was a lovely plate of apple cake,cookies and loaf of homemade bread waiting for on arrival that we enjoyed. A nice touch. Only negative was limited silverware and a sauce pan would be nice. Overall, an enjoyable stay. No tv or internet but I used……
