“Lovely big apartment on a very well kept complex. Will definitely stay again. loved being so close to the hypersldino for fresh pastries for breakfast and a few minutes walk down to the strip. Very central location.”

“The stay was fine but grupotel charged us more than what was agreed. I had booked the stay through hotels.com for a fixed amount and the hotel chared us ten percent higher. When we reached out to Grupotel, they said talk to Hotels.com, while Hotels.com says you need to talk to grupotel. Now they are saying that the extra charges are forex charges. The currency has not fluctuated and who charges tehn percent as forex charges. Hotels.com rates are not trustworthy. ”

“It was a pleasant stay for us a family in Dec. 24Deg and away from cold was always welcome. Staff is very well behaved and they looked after all of the guests equally well, so full marks to them. Rooms are very basic and does the job who are not too fussy about it ! Overall, the property needs some modernisation and especially the entertainment options for kids are very limited. If you are a vegan or vegetarian then be careful before choosing to stay here as options for veggie people are……

“The apartments are well laid out for privacy. The apartment was very light and spacious. It was clean. It was a little on the 'tired' side. The pool area is lovely. It doesn't have a great outlook but is very conveniently placed to walk to many places. The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast provided plenty of choice and was generous as buffet style.”

“Only here for one night. Rooms a good size comfy bed and dead quiet and dark to sleep in. The foods good 2 good sizes pools and right across the road for the beach. We just got the local bus here €1.40 3 stops from airport if goes to terminal 2 Would stay again perfect for what we needed ”

“The property was very nice and clean. The apartment was okay, we weren’t so often there. But the water in the shower was terrible. Low pressure, so difficult te get wet…😅🙄”

“la relación calidad precio es muy buena, Buena base para conocer la isla y Costa Teguise tiene buenas playas en minutos. se aparca fácil. yo desconecté la nevera por el ruido que hacía, deberían revisarlo. También el ruido infernal del tostador del pan en el comedor. la comida es muy mejorable, pero en relación con el precio. ”

“Proche de la mer (5 grosses minutes à pied), calme, chambres correctes, nourriture moyenne. Heure de checkout affichée sur la carte etait différente de l'heure réelle (affichée à la reception).”

“As I've never been to Lanzarote booked a last minute flight wothout accommodation. My first experience of thisnisland was Palmeras Gardens. Tbf, it was the only place that was for under 100quid. I was greeted in Reception by the wonderful and charming Celia. She was really attentive, supporting and had a positive energy about her. I really enjoyed the apartment and seating area out the front. This propert was only available for 1 night but after the 2 subsequent evenings elsewhere at another……
