“The heater/air conditioner in our room was so loud that when it kicked on in the night it woke us up every time. Maybe got 4 hrs of sleep and we ended up turning it completely off so we could sleep. I spoke with the staff when we checked out. Was expecting a comp of some sort. Nothing. Not even an offer for breakfast, which was not included. Garbage came to empty dumpster outside our balcony at 5:30 am. Staff at check in was great as was the bartender when we ordered food. Hotel is on a……

“The hotel is decent and close to stores and restaurants. The casino slots are extremely tight and no free play was given for new members. After playing over $500 still no free play was added to the rewards card. Will not be returning to this casino but would stay at the hotel again if in the area.”

“Enjoyed our stay at the Residence Inn in Paducah. The room was clean and well proportioned. The breakfast bar was yummy and there was plenty of food. The mattress could use an upgrade, but it was manageable. We will stay here again. Hope the pool and elevator is fixed for our next visit.”
