“I didn't know that there are three different buildings and I was supposed to book back the one I stayed few years ago. Then they arranged the one at The Capital Hotel which the room is not newly renovated, and the heater/air-conditioner is super noisy. I switched it off all the time. ”

“Very glad with breakfast service and free afternoon tea service! The location is so good, so convinent to Harrods. Although the room is not big, but is very warm and smart. The stuff is so kind and you have the tea or coffe service for 24hours which I think is very nice. Next time to London, I will definitely choose this hotel. It have my recommendation.”

“Our family stayed for a week this Dec 2024. The property is in a prime location, and walking distance to anything you may need. The hotel is remarkable, clean, and decorated with amazing pieces. The staff made us feel at home, safe, and welcome. They covered all our requests without hesitation. We will return and would certainly recommend this to anyone. Cheers!”

“Owner did not communicate in a timely manner trying to check in. Owner was also rude and did not abide by their stated policy of holding bags. Pics speak for themselves, but the bathroom sink was barely big enough to wash your face/hands properly and many items were broken. Mold growing in bathroom. Excellent location - but the bathroom is very cramped and disgusting and there is no place to store your luggage or clothing in the room.”
