“Facilities were inviting and appealing for this road tired traveler. The desk clerk, mgr/ was extremely helpful. We had a dog and a new puppy with us and he placed us in the most convenient room for us. We had reserved a room in advance but on a different floor. His thoughtfulness was greatly appreciated. The room was very nice and bed very comfortable. The breakfast layout was exceptional. Our thanks to La Quinta Inn & Suites Olathe! B & J T, Texas”

“Property appears dated inside and out. Carpet in rooms stained in many areas. Very low to floor toilets, heavy door for even a bathroom and limited space to get in and out of shower or use toilet. Exterior of building shows need of care as well as landscaping. Comfortable bed with nice bedding. Attempts have been made to update decor.”

“Liked: Room was large. Had a recliner. Didn't like: Room didn't have a screen on the window and the lock was broken. The tub was a little on the tall side at least there was a notice in the shower that stated that it was high ”

“Good hotel but I felt charging 20$ for parking on top of the nightly rate is an unnecessary cash grab. Also it's not even like the parking had gates / restrictions that guarantees your car will be safe. ”

“Hotel facilities were ok and moderate, I know what I paid for for an IHG group hotel. But the problem is front dest staff are very rude and reluctant to assisit. We arrive very late for late check-in but when requested to keep luggages in reception for next day morning pick up (as we are leaving/check-out in early morning, there's no meaning for us to bring a lot of luggages into our room at that late), But staff are not helping, and directly very harsh and reject us, also very in-polite. “Great place to travel with a baby. Loved the fact that it had a kitchen. Room was very clean and it was also very quiet when we were there. No breakfast but there’s a scooters just across the parking lot. Also seemed like a very safe area! ”
