“It is good hotel, but the name with (Tianfu area zone ) is misleading. It gives you wrong impression, very close to airport. It is actually 40 minutes drive, once every hour. Not easy to find shuttle station ( need to know the license number of bus by phone) for traveller without chinese phone. Wifi in airport is not available for traveller without chinese phone number to get confirmation code. ESIM does not work for phone or wifi there. ”

“When i got to the border, the border control staff called the hotel to confirm I was staying there. They could not get through to the hotel at first. Once they did get through they told us the hotel was closed for refurbishment and that we had to book another hotel! Which we did via hotels.com. Now we are in a battle to get a refund as the hotel /and hotels.com are calling it a cancellation. 0/5 stars. ”

“The hotel is very clean and the room are spacious. Breakfast was a plus. The Front Desk staff were amazing and very helpful. They went out of their way to help us with the Panda Base tickets. Even right up till check out. They arranged our airport transfer without a problem. I will definitly return here and will recommend it to my colleagues. Congratulations and well done. “大部份員工友善，地點不方便，距最近地鐵仍有兩三公里，沒想到酒店在四環邊垂，晚上車聲仍很大，我住三樓，第一日給我的房間洗手間的異味很大，換房後好了一點點。不會再入住！”

“It is a brand new hotel, even it is small. The staffs are on duty 34hours and super friendly. It is flexible about checking in and out time. Inside the room, it is clean and the bed is comfortable enough. It is a bit noisy outside since it is close to the street but still ok. Across the street is Hilton. Everything is not as luxurious as Hilton but you save half the money. They provide free breakfast but it is Chinese style which includes steam bread, boiled eggs, 3 kinds of vegetable……
