“The condo has a wonderful view, but the condition of the condo was not worth what I paid for. Upon arrival I went to open the sliding glass door to the balcony, but the door was stuck. Maintenance was contacted and arrived with two hours. The door was off the track due to a large amount of sand that was left. The maintenance man actually vacuumed the area. This all happened before I ever set foot on the beach so not one grain of sand came from me. Then upon entering the bathroom I couldn’t……

“Drove all the way from NC (8 hrs) to get to this property on Memorial Weekend 2024 at 10:00 pm and the code to the door did not work. Nor could I reach the property manager even hotels.com couldn’t reach them either and we had to be placed in a hotel away from the beach. We called the property manager, we sent emails and all. Luckily we had family there too that we could stay with the first night until our hotel was situated. Another red frag was the very lack of communication prior to arrival……
