“There was ice all over the front porch to get in to check in. The tub was dirty plus the thing to switch from tub to shower was broke. Couldn’t have breakfast because it was in the office that did not open until 9 or 10 am. ”

“Spacious suite in a convenient location with access to resort amenities...but in dire need of updates and repairs. The property looks like the misfit child of the Valley surrounded by the other favorites that got first dibs on central HVAC and semi-modern flooring and fixtures throughout. For what it was, it was sufficient for my needs but I would say it was overpriced considering the condition of the property.”

“This property was fantastic! Our room was extremely clean and the staff was incredible! In the office there were snacks, coffee, water, and even homemade blueberry bread the day we checked out! When we needed extra shampoo, they were on it right away. They are also dog friendly, which was a huge plus for us! Though our stay was short, I could not recommend this location enough. Would definitely stay here again. ”

“ well we had a big problem with non-handicap room, room was below the parking lot then stairs, we did get him in room first night, but the staff accommodated us to move to handicap room on parking level with no stairs, Another issue is the beautiful pool area, no matter how you access it there are two sets of 4-5 stairs no wheelchair, or walker access, it does have pool lift but it was broken,My brother came to visit so we just lifted our son to get in and out of the pool,Again staff tried there……

“We had a great overnight stay at the Newfound Lake Inn. Enjoyed a wonderful dinner before the comedy show. Clean, comfortable and well-equipped room. Friendly hospitable service throughout the inn. Continental breakfast in the morning was delightful! Thank you. ”
