“Brown water, jetted tub jets do not work correctly, little flow.”

“Great time with family. Kids enjoyed snow tubing and the place was large enough for us all!”

“The room was clean and all the staff was super nice and helpful. The restaurant had really good food and was a nice chill atmosphere. The hotel is kind of dated could use a remodel and only one elevator was working. But other wise we had a nice stay at the chateau ”

“We had a wonderful stay. They had our name up on the wall wishing us a Happy Anniversary. Our room was beautiful & had a card and cupcakes for us in celebration of our anniversary and it was very very cozy and we had a great view. We will definitely be back!”

“Overall this hotel was great. Room and public areas were clean and well maintained. Breakfast was fantastic. Staff were truly amazing and helped with every last need we had. This was truly a really great place to stay while visiting relatives. Stayed here several years ago and was not impressed. They have truly upped their game the last few years. We will definitely be back!”
