“What a great hotel. The room was clean and well appointed. It is next to the mall so there were lots of different food options. We left behind some airpods and they sent them to us overnight and made it so easy to get the back. They were amazing”

“HVAC easy to control. Good lighting options. Not crazy about having a bathtub shower instead of walk in shower. Tub has some stains. Bathroom a bit dated but clean. Had to ask for a hair dryer. Staff very nice. Has a restaurant which is handy. I was the only person at breakfast but a January Sunday to Monday hotel pretty empty. Would stay again good price. ”

“This is a very neat hotel, but not comfortable to just hang out in the room. The bathroom was beautiful and super modern, which didn’t fit the era of the hotel, but I loved it. I would recommend putting up curtains in addition to the blinds because the hall light beamed in all night. There also is nowhere to get ice or water, so bring your own. ”

“My fiancé and i had a wonderful time here. right in the heart of Berkley Springs, is is convenient to shopping, galleries and the famous hot springs. Tom was a 5-star host! He greeted us at the door, guided us to room and couldn't have been nicer, more friendly or professional. We both felt like family here. The room was elegant, with a gas fireplace, comfortable four-poster bed, and private bath. Breakfast was wonderful, off a patio where Tom grows some of the veggies that find their……

“The property location was perfect in the hills of West Virginia we had a great time at nearby Berkeley Springs went to Harpers Ferry but parking was non-existent and you had to ride a bus to get there which we didn't feel like we should do with covid concerns.”

“My daughter lives close to this property. We picked up our 3 grandchildren and took our 2 dogs with us. We has a great time and the place was really fun. The kids especially enjoyed the garage with all the fun games !”

“This little cabin was amazing. The bed was super comfy and the AC unit kept us nice and cool during our stay. The cabin was clean and well stocked on towels and a few other amenities. Will definitely be going back. ”
